Rotation to the US! アメリカ出向に関して！

これから２年間、アメリカの関連会社に出向という形で新たなビジネス上の知見を得る機会を得る時間をもらえました。アメリカは高校と大学を卒業した地であり、就職した企業も外資系が多かったため度々訪れているところでもあります。ただ、今回は家族を共に連れてきているのと、ビジネス的には今まであまり関わりのなかった業務領域への出向なので、どこまで自分を追い込みつつ、楽しめるかが一つのテーマとなっていました。

ここまで渡米してから約４ヶ月、これまでの過程を少しずつ書いて行きたいと思います。

I am so fortunate that I could receive 2 years of “Learning new business opportunities” thru the form of a sabbatical. United State is a place where I spent my high school and college and visited frequently thru my business life. While I am not a novice of US, this transition is a totally new experience because my family is coming along and the area that I will be working for is the totally new area. While this process would be “learning hard way”, “learning hard way with enjoyment” was one of my key themes.

So far, my journey has just passed for 4 months, and I would document how my learning and settlement went thru.
